Refund policy

Please be sure to carefully review:

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not satisfied, you may return or exchange your item within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, with tags and in original condition
  • Returned with original packaging (if possible)

Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

To start a return, contact us with your order number and reason for return.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

  • Products marked Final Sale
  • Clearance
  • Limited Drops/ Limited-Time items (unless defective)
  • Gift cards
  • Custom orders (such as special orders or personalized items)
  • Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item

Before checkout, please review your shopping cart,  e.g., (colors, sizes, quantity & customization when applicable) also review the sizing chart provided on the product page, as we hope for you to enjoy what you purchase.

Is it possible to change the size for my order?

Once an order has been placed, we're unable to modify it. However, if you need to change the shipping address or request an order cancellation, you can do so within one (1) hour of payment.

 

I have requested a refund, what is the process?

We value your time and business and strive to make the return process as smooth as possible.

Once you have requested a refund for your order , we will process your request within two (2) working days for items priced $100 or less , and four (4) working days for items priced over $100. 

You can track the updated status by checking your preferred contact inbox for any notifications.

If we have requested you return the item(s), you have fourteen (14) days to do so, with the first day being the delivery date.  Otherwise, your return request will be closed.  

Please ensure that the correct and original item that was purchased with applicable tags, and is enclosed in the same condition in which it arrived when making a return. If approved, it may take up to 14 days to receive and confirm the receipt of your returned item. We will check the condition of the returned items before confirming the receipt. 

 Once confirmed, you will receive the refund to your original payment method within five (5) to seven (7) working days.  Thank you for your patience!

Is there a bank fee if the refund happens?

As the bank fee is charged by the bank, you will have to check with the bank on this.

When can I get the money once the refund request has been approved?

The refund will be processed to your original payment account within 5 - 7 working days.  

How can I provide the evidence for my return dispute?

You can provide the below evidence for your dispute: 

  • Unboxing video
  • Picture of damaged/wrong product
  • Any other proof which you believe that could prove for any product issue

 

How will the refund reach me?

The refund will be sent to the original payment method you have used for the order.

 

How can I track the package I returned?

Kindly note that the tracking number for the return package is provided by the couriers. You may reach out to them to find out the status of your returned package.

 

Can I exchange the order?

We are unable to exchange items at this time. 

 

Can I return it even though it has been washed?

We are sorry to inform you that returned items must arrive back in its original condition, with original tags and we are unable to accept items that have been laundered at this time

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Wrong Item:

We value your time and business and strive to assist you with exceptional customer service throughout your entire shopping experience with us.  Please refer to the online order and packing slip to ensure there are discrepancies between the two, and  contact us  immediately if you notice the item received is incorrect.

To streamline the process, please have a photo of the mis-packaged item and packing slip ready to provide to one of our customer service representatives.

 

Less Items Delivered:

If an order contains multiple items, it may be split across more than one package to reduce the delivery time. You can check your tracking numbers to find out how many packages you will receive.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
